I'm currently a 36C (but they spill out of the top sometimes). My breasts look a little down on luck & I want to bring them back to life. ;-). I love how I look in my bra so I would prefer a breast lift without implants but I want to keep a C cup. Is that realistic without them being drastically smaller?

You would notice this within 1-2 days from surgery. The nipple/areola would start to darken and scab. It may only be partial necrosis. If you are concerned see your plastic surgeon immediately.

Typically at 4 weeks you can use your body as your guide to start exercising but I do not suggest my patients start playing raquette sports until 6 weeks after surgery to best ensure full recovery.
