I'm currently a 36C (but they spill out of the top sometimes). My breasts look a little down on luck & I want to bring them back to life. ;-). I love how I look in my bra so I would prefer a breast lift without implants but I want to keep a C cup. Is that realistic without them being drastically smaller?

Answer: Breast lift The fact that you feel like you have enough tissue when you're wearing a bra means you have adequate tissue to do a breast lift. This procedure will make your breasts slightly smaller given the removal of excess skin, but your breasts will have a perkier appearance. Make sure that you see a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options.

Answer: Breast lift Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, you are a great candidate for a breast lift. This can be designed to result in an improved shape and contour of your breasts while minimizing scar appearance. Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results. The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person. Best wishes and good luck. Richard G. Reish, M.D. Harvard-trained plastic surgeon
