I would recommendseeking the advice of a plastic surgeon and having a consultation to help youdetermine the cost.
Cost factors vary significantly for a number of good reasons: Prices vary greatly because the surgery itself encompasses a wide range of techniques that can be performed to different extents. My recommendation is to first find the most qualified surgeons where you want the surgery performed that are board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery you trust, then compare prices between them. See the below link on suggestions on how to find the most qualified plastic surgeon for your procedure. General Factors that influence the price of plastic surgery include:1. Location - Will it be performed in a hospital with an overnight stay, an independent out- patient facility or a doctor’s office? Geographical location also has a significant influence. RealSelf has average charges for most areas of the USA. 2. Type of Anesthesia - local, IV sedation or General Anesthesia? Will a board certified anesthesiologist, nurse anesthetist, or an RN be used? 3. Experience and training of your surgeon. The best and longest trained is most often a plastic surgeon board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery 4. Length and Complexity of Surgery - how difficult will your surgery be and how long it will take, etc. Will other complementary procedures also be also performed during the same surgery?
A breast lift requires incisions. This is called a mastopexy. I've never heard of the laser breast lift. It sounds like a marketing term. When considering a breast lift surgery, make sure you see several board-certified plastic surgeons. This will help you become well-informed regarding the procedures and all of your options.
I appreciate your question.I perform a liposuction breast lift that removes tissue from the areas you don't want such as near the armpit and the lower portion hanging near your stomach. Once I use this to shape the breast I then remove the skin to tighten the breast and create a better shape with nice cleavage. Since I perform this less invasively the recovery time is faster and drains are not necessary. The size would depend on the proportion with your body versus going for a cup size. It works very well if there are asymmetries. I can also use the removed fat as a natural breast augmentation by grafting the fat back into the breast to create more projection or into the top to create more cleavage. If you have shoulder grooves from your bras, I can also use the fat to fill these areas in and give you more cushioning as well as contour. This procedure can also be combined with an implant if needed or wanted. It should not affect nipple sensation, mammograms, cancer risk or breast-feeding. If you gain or lose weight, the transferred fat can do the same. Cost would be based on the amount of work needed to be done. The best way to assess and give true advice would be an in-person exam. Please see a board-certified plastic surgeon that specializes in aesthetic plastic surgery. Best of luck! Dr. Schwartz Board Certified Plastic Surgeon#RealSelf100Surgeon #RealSelfCORESurgeon
Thank you for the question. When it comes to cost of surgery, there may be many “variables” involved. The specific surgeon's credentials/experience level (or lack thereof), the specific geographic area you are looking at, the different operations available, the location of the procedure ( quality of surgery facility), type/quality of anesthesia provider, type of breast implants (if used)… are some of the potential variables involved. You will find average costs of surgery listed on this website, and on individual plastic surgeon's websites as well.In regards to outcome of the planned procedure, more important than costs of the procedures will be careful selection of your plastic surgeon. I would suggest starting with the American Society of Plastic Surgery and/or the Aesthetic Society of Plastic Surgery to obtain a list of well experienced board-certified plastic surgeons. Then, I would suggest you visit a few surgeons whose practices concentrate on aesthetic surgery. ***Ask to SEE lots of examples of their work AND preferably speak/see patients who have had similar procedures done. Be very careful with your decision-making. You will find, while doing your due diligence, that there are many different “specialties” who will offer their services to you; again, I strongly recommend you concentrate on surgeons certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. I would also suggest that you do not base your selection of plastic surgeon primarily on costs of surgery; keep in mind that revisionary surgery may be more costly in many ways. I hope this, and the attached link, helps. Best wishes.
Dr. Stevens in Marina Del Rey uses this procedure in his practice. Some other surgeons are also marketing it.You will need to call around.Best wishes.
Hello 'elycruz', thanks for your question. Sounds fancy, but I have never heard of this procedure and it is definitely not a legitimate plastic surgical technique that neither I nor my colleagues have heard of. Be very careful looking at ads for the latest and greatest procedures promising unreasonable results with minimal downtime as if it is too good to be true, it usually is. There are many unscrupulous practitioners these days who advertise magical procedures with catchy names just to lure in the unsuspecting public, and unfortunately there are no regulations preventing these types of false advertising to continue. I would recommend seeking a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to share your concerns and goals, and then discuss what reasonable, well-established procedures and techniques are available to help you. If you have further questions regarding breast lift options, please contact my office for a free consultation. Good luck!-Dr.Go
Unfortunately, there is no such a thing; please don't waist your money if you truly want to get a breast lift.
There is no reason to use a laser during a breast lift because this tool does nothing to enhance the lift and make a better shape. That is why you do not see experienced Plastic Surgeons using this during breast shaping. It is really a marketing tool used by a Newport Beach surgeon to make you think that he alone has the answer to beautiful breasts. Don't be fooled.
Hello and thank you for your excellent question. It sounds as though you are an excellent candidate for a breast lift. Since you have lost a lot of weight, it is possible to use some of the extra, redundant tissue to augment the breast, or perhaps use fat grafting to increase the size if you...

The truth is, the cup size is not an accurate measurement as it may differ among manufacturers. But to allay your concern, expect some changes up to six months. First and foremost, the postop swelling may somewhat hide the results. Furthermore, the skin will relax a bit as you move for...
