How long after mastopexy would you see signs of necrosis on nipple, if you were to get it?

I love this question as I have a daughter playing squash in college this year! You need to wait at least one month and make sure you wear a well fitted sports bra to avoid too much movement. Don't forget to call your Lets if your opponent starts getting too close. Best of luck
