Would a bbl and lipo give me my desired result or should I consider a tummy tuck for loose skin after weight loss?(photos)

Thank you for your question, I understand that you want to avoid the tummy tuck because you are too young, and at the end is your decision. Based on your photographs, you already have loose skin at the lower abdomen from your previous weight loss. The best candidates for liposuction would have minimal to no skin excess with good elasticity or springiness of the skin. I would predict that you will still have loose skin at the lower tummy, which may be worsened slightly with liposuction. It would depend on how much the loose skin bothered you as you consider whether to proceed with a tummy tuck afterwards.

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Actually you have good rectus muscles underneath, but unfortunately the thick and lax skin layin on it does not let it to show. A 360 Lipo and BBL will let you have beautiful contours, and a tummy tuck will let you have a tight skin where your musculature can be seen beautifully.
