I'm a male, 30 years old, my BMI is 27,2. I want a big, rounded and feminine butt. I was reading about Brazilian Butt Lift and I want to know it could help with my goal and if I'm eligible for the procedure.

Thanks for the question. To get a flat abdomen and waist and back I recommend Liposuction, getting better curves especially in the waist, improving your body contour and I suggested take the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection, is that we know as "Brazilian Butt Lift" (BBL).

Thanks for your question. From your pictures, you seem to be a good BBL candidate. The BBL includes 360 lipo, which is lipo of the upper and lower abdomen, the upper and lower back and the flanks. This helps contour your waist and give you an hourglass figure, and the transferred fat will help you achieve your of adding projection to your buttocks. I recommend you schedule a consult for a proper evaluation. Make sure your surgeon you choose has extensive experience with BBLs and clean credentials. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. Surely you are a good candidate for a BBL operation. Your BMI is good enough to have the surgery. The fat amount in your body will be a great help for you to achieve your goals since it is a rich source of fat which means you are able to get your dream body. 
Thanks to liposuction, your belly would be flat and if you add 360 degrees to your surgery list, you can have a very sexy body.

Typically feminization should be approached from a whole body perspective rather than focusing on one single area.
The biggest difference on the male versus female BBL is in the emphasis in the hips.
Most male BBL focus most of the projection posteriorly and not as much on the lateral aspect.
Lateral augmentation would be challenging because you have very little host tissue to support high-volume graphs.
Other than that I see nothing wrong with moving forward.
Different doctors have different approaches to male aesthetic surgery. This is especially true if the goal is feminization versus simply obtaining a bubble butt.
Your abdomen shows significant amounts of visceral fat with a very typical male fat distribution.
Weight loss would probably be in your favor regardless if you want to come across as being masculine or feminine.
Liposuction is not going to have a major impact on shaping your torso but can increase definition to some degree.
You simply don’t have thick subcutaneous fat layers.
Delivering consistent quality liposuction and fat transfer results is more difficult than most people believe and this includes plastic surgeons.
Liposuction and to some degree fat transfer results are permanent and irreversible.
Fat transfer can be reduced but Liposuction is fairly permanent.
If done poorly it’s difficult to improve or correct outcomes.
Find the most appropriate provider I have a multiple in person consultations. I generally recommend patient stay local whenever possible and if traveling reduce traveling so that having in person consultations and follow ups are realistic.
During in person consultations ask each provider to open up their portfolio and show as many before and after pictures as they’re willing to.
In your case you should specifically request to see as many male BBL’s as possible.
Even though my practice has been exclusively devoted to doing only liposuction and fat transfer procedures for the last decade the number of male BBL patients is still very small compared to female.
Male patients probably represent 2% of my fat transfer procedures.
To get a good assessment of his surgeons skill and experience you’ll most likely need to review both male and female results.
The goal is to see as many before and after pictures as possible.
When reviewing results make absolutely sure that after pictures were taken at least three months from the date of surgery.
Early fat transfer results can look very impressive but do not at all represent final results.
For commonly performed procedures like the BBL and experience provider should have no difficulty showing you at least 50 sets of before and after pictures. It may be difficult to find providers who have anything near that number of pictures for male patients.
When reviewing before and after pictures look carefully at every area treated with Liposuction making sure there are no skin irregularities anywhere.
Transition zones should look natural as should the final outcome.
The BBL procedure is underutilized and under rated for male patients whether the goal is feminization or not.
To create a feminine figure emphasis needs to be placed on hip augmentation which like I mentioned earlier is going to be very difficult because you currently have very little tissue to graft into.
Discuss your wishes and all aspects of the procedure during in person consultations.
Ask providers to show you examples of excellent outcomes, average outcomes and less than outcomes.
Being shown a handful of sample preselected pictures which most likely represent the best results of a providers career is insufficient to get a clear understanding of what average results look like in the hands of each provider.
For both male and female patients there’s a big variation in the approach doctors take to do this procedure and what’s considered aesthetically desirable.
In the female population there is a trend of doing liposuction of the thighs to make the buttocks seem larger. This is a very unnatural appearance and results often end up looking more like a caricatures.
To get quality natural appearing results that represents quality work patients need to select providers carefully by thoroughly vetting them through multiple consultations.
Finally I recommend reading all reviews on various physician review websites avoiding providers with any significant number of justified negative reviews.
The absence of justified negative reviews is more important and more telling than having an abundance of positive reviews.
Continue having consultations until you found the most talented provider.
