Will casual smoking before BBL in a week affect my results? Quit 9 weeks ago & had 3/4 at weekend & 1 last night

every plastic surgeon has his own preoperative protocol which he recommends to his patients. I would suggest you to discuss this with your plastic surgeon.

Your recent falling off the non-smoking wagon will certainly negatively affect your BBL results. This is why we demand smoking cessation before surgery. Tell your surgeon and reschedule your surgery smoke free.

Don’t do it smoking increases complications after cosmetic surgical procedures. The surgeon isn’t the one who’s going to have compromised results it’s you.
I tell patients the implications of smoking and considering that most people getting this procedures are adults they can make their own decisions.
Some providers have more absolute criteria and do nicotine testing which can detect cigarette smoking for a substantial period of time and will actually cancel surgery if anyone has a positive test.
If you have questions about your procedure then you need to ask your surgeon.
My suggestion is to take this opportunity and quit for life and do yourself a favor.
