What would be the best tummy tuck alternatives for me? (photos)

This is the only procedure that will remove both skin and fat, giving you the flattest stomach possible. Due to your skin laxity, liposuction alone, even in addition with skin tightening interventions, will not give you as good of a result as a tummy tuck.  I completely understand your reluctance to undergo the more aggressive tummy tuck procedure, with subsequent scarring and longer recovery. Sometimes liposuction can be a reasonable alternative, but not in your case. You have significant skin laxity and stretch marks that will simply be unaffected by liposuction and any type of so called skin tightening pocedures, like J Plasma.  Most of the new and unproven skin tightening procedures now being touted have demonstrated less than stellar results!
 I recommend that you go ahead with a full tummy tuck with liposuction of your flanks, or do nothing at all. Simply stated, liposuction will be a waste of money and time! I am sorry to be so blunt, but I hate to see you unhappy and throw good money away. Best of luck

Based on your photographs and skin laxity, the best option for you is a tummy tuck with liposuction.   You have too much skin laxity for liposuction or J plasma.  A tummy tuck can be done through a low and short incision, all completely below the bikini line.  The belly button can be designed to look natural and have no scars on the exterior.   Your muscles can also be plicated resulting in a flat abdomen.  Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.

Your best option is a tummy tuck, plain and simple.  However, you’ll probably be able to find someone willing to do a procedure other than a tummy tuck for you — but before signing up for that just make sure you weigh the impact of the cost, the possible complications, and what your plan will be if these alternative procedures don’t meet your expectations, or leave you with a result that you’re unhappy with (like having even more lax, drooping skin).A visit to a plastic surgeon's office will help you to understand if you're a candidate for the procedure, and what aesthetic and/or functional outcomes are realistic in your particular case.  In order to get a qualified, ethical, and expert opinion on your surgical options and expectations, always schedule an in-person office consultation with a plastic surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.

Thanks for your question. Based on your photos the only option to get rid of the excess fat and skin on your abdomen is with a Tummy tuck. The ideal liposuction candidate has localized fat deposits and quality overlying skin without significant excess skin or skin damage. Tummy tuck  removes excess skin and fat from the lower abdomen and restores the weakened abdominal wall, giving a firmer and smoother appearance.   

Unfortunately the only procedure that will give you a nice result is a full tummy tuck, you already have a lot of loose skin and if you have liposuction without any skin excision you will have a lot more loose skin. A tummy tuck will also remove all of your stretch marks that are below the belly button. Be sure to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon. Good luck.

Based on the pictures that you have provided, you are a great candidate for a tummy tuck! If you are looking to improve the contour of your abdomen, a tummy tuck will give you the best result.  Liposuction, in my opinion, would only leave you unhappy as there would either be minimal change or increased skin laxity.  
I suggest a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss a tummy tuck and address the concerns you have about getting one.  Then you can make the best informed decision about the options to meet your goals.

Based on the degree of skin laxity and stretch marks there is not a good alternative for you besides the tummy tuck. Liposuction may lead to more skin laxity. Skin tightening treatments such as BodyTite or J Plasma are designed for those with mild to moderate skin laxity.

Based on your photos, the only treatment that would provided you with permanent results is a full tummy tuck, to give you a nice tight tummy.
Along with the tummy tuck, liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You improve your waist, back and flanks.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.
