Cushing's disease - is there any hope for me to look proportional? (Photos)

I had cushings disease for most of my life and because of that My figure is unattractive. Fortunately I had my pituitary and then my adrenal glands removed I more healthy than ever before so I am hoping to find a doctor who can make me look more proportional and give me bum. Is it possible?

Hi @Basia3181 Thank you for your question. From my experience of 21 years, the best way to go is combining treatments. I suggest you have a tummy tuck that is surgical procedure that removes excess skin and fat from the middle and lower abdomen and strengthens the abdominal muscles, in which there is abdominal lipolysis, abdominal diastasis repair, skin removal with umbilical reconstruction, and a liposuction is the extraction of fat from a particular area of the body, in this case the abdomen (abdominal lipolysis). And liposculture where we take out fat from all parts of the body to make it more harmonious and the BBL is transferring your own fat to the glutes to give it more volume. Is important that you consult consult with several board certified plastic surgeon. Best!

generally speaking, you want to reach your goal weight before you consider a tummy tuck, otherwise your results will be suboptimal if you continue to lose weight after the surgeryIf you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Dear Basia,
You would certainly look immensely better with liposuction of your sides and lower back along with a BBL (fat transfer to your buttocks) and a full abdominoplasty (tummy tuck).  These three procedures may be combined in one session as long as medical clearance is obtained and the question of post-operative steroids are answered.  You cannot do liposuction of the front of your abdomen at the same time as the abdominoplasty due to the preservation of blood supply to the tummy tuck flap.  
Seek out a board certified plastic surgeon.

Your best option is to have a few in person consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeons to get a better understanding of what can be done in comparison to what you’re trying to achieve.

Weight loss followed by a full tummy tuck is probably your single best option.

You can add a BBL to this if you wish.

With your medical history you will most likely need medical clearance and have your endocrinologist manage medication‘s before and after surgery.

You may need stress doses of steroids but this is for your doctors to figure out.
