I had BBL nearly 2 years ago. Would my tingling and pain be a nerve problem?

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Sorry but without in person examination only a non educated medical guess can be offered! I think it could be nerve or deep muscle injury. Best to be seen and examined in person.

If you haven’t had any problems from your surgery for the last two years then I don’t think your previous procedure is causing your new symptoms related to exercise. Maybe you’re just experiencing What happens after that type of exercise.
