I had BBL nearly 2 years ago. Would my tingling and pain be a nerve problem?

So i had a bbl in october 2020 and everything went well, i did some excersie the other day and a couple of days after that i stared to feel tingling and pain, i spoke to my surgeon and sent him a photo and he said it looks nice it could be a nerve problem
