Thanks for your question. From you pictures, you seem to be a good candidate for the BBL. For the BBL, the fat is transferred to the hip and buttocks area. You surgeon will consider you goals and what can be done for your anatomy. I recommend you schedule a consult for a proper evaluation. You don't need to gain any weight before your BBL--you have enough fat for what we call a skinny BBL. The video will help to explain it but essentially you have good fatty deposits in your love handle region and in your tummy to perform a BBL. Most people tend to think they need a lot more fat than they do.
