A fat transfer of 400cc to each buttock cheek can definitely make a difference! That amount will give you more shapely buttocks. However, the extent of the change will be a function of your current height and weight. If you have a smaller frame, the 400cc will make a bigger impact. But do keep in mind that to transfer the total of 800cc (400cc for each cheek), your surgeon should be extracting >>1000 cc. The reason is that only a portion of the fat removed is good enough to be reinjected. Ricardo L Rodriguez MDBaltimore, Maryland
Thank you for your question. It is hard to provided with a valid medical opinion without photos. I would suggest to be treated by board certificated plastic surgeon with experience in this procedure, to get the best desired results.Kind Regards,Dr. Emmanuel Mallol Cotes.-
The amount of fat that can be transferred in a BBL depends on how much fat the patient has to harvest and the amount of space there is to move the fat into.
Honestly, this can only be determined at a personal consultation. There is no way to decide without seeing you in person.
Hi there- It would be impossible to answer this question for you without first examining you.... The most important thing is for you to choose a surgeon who does this operation A LOT... If you choose your surgeon carefully, your chances of being safe and happy are much higher... Here's some advice on how to find a surgeon you like and can trust:
400 cc into each buttocks may be fine depending on your body frame as well as the look you are trying to achieve. Make sure you review your plan with your plastic surgeon. Dr. ES
That is a very conservative amount. Seek a plastic surgeon who performs hundreds of these procedures, has great reviews and photos, and is an expert in this field.
Brazilian Butt enhancement in general needs somewhere between 500-800 cc, per buttock, to show a difference. It would depend on how much increase in the butt you want and how much fat you have to suction, clean, and be ready to inject. I am not sure your butt size and shape matters unless you are very petit.
400cc of fat is an estimate. The only time the surgeon would know the volume of fat available to him is AFTER the fat has been suctioned and separated from fluid, blood and dead fat. It IS a very small amount considering that the range of fat transferred varies from 350cc to over 1,000cc PER butt cheek. But, the result would also depend on your size, your butt size and your desired buttock size. If you are petite and would be comfortable with an obvious rounding and fullness which are not "out of this world:, this may work. But if you are a larger athletic woman with flat butt cheeks who wants a really full round look, 400cc would not be sufficient in my opinion.
"Small" depends on what your goal is. Although 400cc is not a great amount fat, it may have a great effect on the appearance of your buttocks. This is dependent on the size of your buttocks and torso to begin with, and how large an enhancement you wish. Good luck!
