After losing over 200 pounds, I was finally ready to take the next step in my transformation—helping my body fit together in a way that reflected all the hard work I had done. After extensive research, I found Dr. Siamak Agha, and from my very first consultation, I knew I had found the right person.

Dr. Agha’s work is nothing short of masterful. I underwent a comprehensive lower body lift, complete vertical thigh lift, thigh debulking, fat transfer to the buttocks, and mons lift—along with reconstruction from previous skin removal. These were extensive procedures, but even though my surgical journey is still ongoing, the results so far have been absolutely life-changing. The way Dr. Agha has reshaped and redefined my body speaks to his meticulous attention to detail, his deep understanding of anatomy, and his artistic eye.

I’m currently about a week out from my second round of procedures, which will include a breast lift, arm lift, J-thoracoplasty, and circumferential thigh reduction. Despite still being in the process and needing a few fixes, I can already see the incredible difference—and I trust Dr. Agha implicitly with the rest of this journey.

I had multiple corrective surgeries with Dr. Agha about 2 months ago. I was born with Poland Syndrome on the right side of my chest and had corrective breast augmentation 25 years ago but was left with asymmetry. I found Dr. Agha in my search for someone that had experience with Poland Syndrome and also could perform a Labiaplasty to correct perforation and tearing post childbirth. I appreciate his honesty and that he is not over-aggressive with his procedures. His staff has been very friendly and accommodating. I am still in the healing process but overall I am very happy with my results.

I've been following Dr. Agha for years on Instagram admiring his work. After four kids and losing about 100lbs it was my turn to see him. On our first consultation Dr. Agha and his staff made us feel so comfortable. He answered all our questions, we left very confident that we picked the right doctor. I had capsular contracture on my right breast for years, and desperately needed a breast lift from breastfeeding and having implants for close to 20 years. Dr. Agha removed my implants and capsular contracture and did a dermal bra lift. He did such an amazing job, and I am so happy with the work he did! It was completely worth it and life-changing for me because I had been dealing with some back pain that was both related to the implants and due to an old injury, so I decided to not get implants put back in. I had Dr. Agha perform a forehead reduction surgery with bone shaving and it was the best decision I've ever made in my life. I was made fun of since elementary school for having a larger than average forehead and I was always extremely insecure because of it.

When I met Dr. Agha, he pointed out that one side of my forehead had a bony protrusion that stuck out more than the other. Dr. Agha lowered my hairline and shaved the bone to symmetrically flatter my forehead and entire face.

I also looked into a lot of research of other surgeons nationwide and in Turkey performing the forehead reduction, none of them include the bone-shaving. Thank goodness I chose Dr. Agha because I received optimum results by having him perform the forehead reduction and bone / skull shaving. I truly believe this Dr. Agha is the greatest plastic surgeon in the world for the procedure I've had done by him. I know no one else in the world would have matched the results he granted me with. WooHoo! I have finally done it t! I have had a lower body lift (think rid of my big lower belly and added a round bum) and find I love my body now -- maybe for the first time in my 54 years.
Dr. Agha and his staff are quite incredible. I've stood naked in front of these people and NEVER once felt judged or vulnerable or uncomfortable... Can you image? They are people that clearly love their work and are absolutely excellent at it. I've been well cared for, supported, and treated with respect.

Dr Agha stands at the top of his profession, as I also interviewed with top plastic surgeons in Beverly Hills. He has been perfecting his technique for over 20 years and I can tell you my breast look like that of a 20 year old. I also like the fact that he talked about supplements, nutrition, exercise, and sleep in order to excel the process of healing. I will be going back to him next year for a tummy tuck. I had my extended tummy tuck about 10 months ago and I am so happy with the results, I don't know why I waited so long, maybe because I am diabetic and I was scared by all of the warnings, but as long as you follow the instructions and make sure you are in good A1C range. Everyone at the office is so nice and welcoming and takes their time to make everyone feel comfortable and safe. I love how Dr Agha is a perfectionist and wants all of his patients to have their desired outcome. My belly button looks amazing and my scars are healing so well!

If you are on the fence about getting a surgery book it with Dr Agha, he might be a little more than other doctors but you get what you pay for and you will just have to see him after you go with the other cheap doctor anyways!
My next procedure is now booked for next month and I can not to finish my journey to getting my body back after 100 lb weight loss.
