I'm one week post op. The first 4 days I was on pain killers, which helped me sleep. I'm normally a side sleeper so this helped me forget about the discomfort. I am no longer in need of the pills, and I haven't been able to sleep for 3 days. I know that sleeping that way can cause the implants to "shift." My question is, is it okay to sleep on my side if I'm wearing my compression wrap above my breast? They're pushing them down anyways, so would it be safe to say it wouldn't affect the position?
