Is fenugreek a safe and effective method for breast growth?

Question

I'm an 18 year old female and I've had size A-B breasts ever since 8th grade. My breasts are disproportional to my body and I just want them to grow. My questions are, do I still have hope for breast growth? Besides pregnancy and childbirth and all that. Also, is fenugreek a safe and effective method for breast growth? Surgery is out of the question at the moment, so I'm hoping to buy fenugreek pills to intake and fenugreek oil to massage daily.

I do not prescribe Fenugreek but have read that it is often used in many teas and other products to help balance women's hormones and/or enlarge the breasts. Suggest you schedule an in-office consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss more effective options.

It's unlikely to make any significant difference. At this time, there is no nonsurgical method to reliably increase the size of of your breasts. When the time is right, have consultations with board certified plastic surgeons to discuss all of your options.

I don't think it will help that much. Breast implants or fat is what is recommended.  I recommend an in-office examination as well as a detailed discussion with a surgeon who you are comfortable with. Hello,Thank you for your question. Hormonal changes occur during pregnancy and sometimes, with use of a contraceptive pill, breast tissue will grow- but not always. Genetics may be a factor for you. Your body may still undergo hormonal changes at your age, but not necessarily.  Some women naturally have very little breast tissue and will choose to increase their breast size with breast augmentation surgery. There are unfortunately no safe, effective and reliable ways to increase the size of your breasts without surgery. Many people waste money on supplements and formulas which do not, and cannot grow the breasts. Not all supplements are regulated or entirely safe and may carry risks. I recommend that you make an appointment to talk with a board certified Plastic Surgeon when you are ready so you can learn about safe, effective options as well as financing plans. There is no obligation to proceed when you have a consultation.  Research is helpful to inform safe choices.All the best

Breast growth is certainly possible after 18 years of age. Every body is different. Ask your mother and other close relative what their experience is. You may still vary, but it can be a guide. If you breasts developed fully, and have stabilized, you may not notice changes until later in life. Pregnancy, weight changes, even menopause can change the size of the breasts through out your life.Breast implant are still the safest and most effective way we have for breast enlargement. There are risks with any surgical procedure, and there are risks unique to breast implants. Be certain to learn about these as you consider your options. Oral supplements have little if any effect on breast size, and have not be studied for safety or efficacy, so they cannot be recommended.

that you can rub on your skin or take orally (pills) that will increase your natural breast size so I would advise you to save your money on more sure things like fat grafting or implant surgeon down the road.

Fenugreek is great if you are selling it and not good if you are buying it. There is no safe reliable nonsurgical answer for breast enlargement.
