I'm currently a 40D breast I really would like my breast to have some volume above the nipple, all around fullness which leads me to believe I need implants for that. But does that mean I need to be a 40DD to get that perky look which isn't what I want, (go bigger). Is it possible to remain a 40D with a implant and have the look I want?
