I have a very long and chubby asymmetrical face with a big nose and small asymmetrical eyes. Also my big cheeks and the difference in the nasolabial disturbs me. I also have a very high and wide forehead. I’ve decided that I won’t spend more time of my life feeling so miserable about my face. But i don’t know where to start. What surgery could improve my looks the most? Is the nose, eyes, eyebrows, cheeks, jaw or mouth the part I should start with and what could be done to it?
Answer: Mathilda HiI think your nose is fine....selfies make your nose look bigger than it is. You have very pretty eyes. I think facial shape is the biggest issue. I would recommend consideration of temple implants versus fat grafting/filler to your temples, fat grafting/filler to your cheeks, and possibly buccal fat removal to make your face more heart shaped and less long appearing. You shouldn't hate how you look, you are a pretty girl, I think some subtle facial reshaping will go a long way. Best of luck!

Answer: Cosmetic surgery Symmetry should not be an aesthetic goal unless it is something quite drastic. In your case a rhinoplasty to narrow your tip and refine your dorsal lines and a midface lift to raise your cheeks would have the most dramatic effects.

Answer: What can be done to make my face look more feminine and symmetrical? Concerned with nose, eyes, eyebrows, cheeks, jaw and mouth. Thank you for your question. You should be the one deciding what bother's you the most. You can start with that. In my opinion three procedures will help you the most. A nose job with removal of buccal fat pads and lowering of your hairline. Please discuss your concerns with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon near you who can help you make a decision and also offer different options. All The Best !

Answer: What can be done to make my face look more feminine and symmetrical? Concerned with nose, eyes, eyebrows, cheeks, jaw and mouth. Thank you for the question and photos. You have mentioned various areas that you are not happy with. From reviewing your photos I would consider to perform buccal fat removal first. Also you can do fillers to help improve your features. It is best to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon. Good luck.

Answer: The youthful face is full and beautiful! You are a very pretty young woman, with beautiful eyes, brows, jawline, cheeks and lips. Don't be in a hurry to change any of these things! A different hairstyle would bring less attention to your high forehead and would soften your face. Start with something less invasive first, and see how that works before jumping into the plastic surgery arena.
