12 days post-op, is it safe to clean my nose with a q-tip?

It should be fine but please consult with your Dr.  At 12 days, you should be well healed inside your nose and a Q-tip should not damage anything if done gently.

I encourage you to discuss any post operative wound care questions with your surgeon as each doctor has their own specific instructions. Some prefer you avoid putting anything into the nose as you could increase risk of infection. 

Thanks for the great question. Using a Q-tip around the inside of the nostril area should not be a problem and it is good to keep the area clean as it heals. However, I would caution you to put anything further up into the nasal cavity as this could lead to damage.
