Best decision I’ve ever made. I always hated my nose and have always wanted to have a rhinoplasty procedure. I was referred to Dr. Westreich from my family members who went to him for the same procedure and absolutely loved their results. He is a great doctor and the results are AMAZING. The whole experience and process was perfect and stress free. I’m only 2 months post op and i’m OBSESSED with my results so far and it only gets better! Get your rhinoplasty done with Dr. Westreich! Writing this review a year after my surgery. In short, I couldn’t be happier.

I chose Dr. Westreich after consulting 3 doctors. While he was one of the more expensive, his thoughtfulness with his explanation of his approach and the in-office mock-ups of the future product are what sold me. I love that he has an interest in art which clearly translates to his surgical approach.

I started out with a very weird nose shape (crooked with notched nostrils and drooping tip) and he was able to make it look normal. When I expressed that it was still a little droopy, he very happily did a minor revision.

I also appreciated his communication style - I lean pretty anxious but he knows how to crack a joke to lighten the mood. He’s honest without being abrupt. He also doesn’t promise perfection.

Overall, I’m so happy with how things turned out. Thanks Dr. Westreich!

Dr. Westreich is the best there is. I received a tip rhinoplasty, septoplasty, and chin implant revision and have been completely blown away by the results. A subtle, natural look was one of my main goals, and he delivered just that. From prior research, tip rhinoplasties are quite complex and easy to mess up for even experienced surgeons, but this is one of Dr. Westreich's specialties. He and his office have been nothing but friendly, and his pricing is extremely reasonable for the quality he offers.

I have been a patient of Dr. Westreich's for a year and during that time, I have done several treatments, all of which I love! We started with botox and filler and even reversed some old filler that had caused some issues under my eyes and in my lips. We also did some jawline filler and cheek filler to make my face more heart shaped. Recently we used Sculptra to help lift my eyebrows. Between those treatments and a comprehensive skin care product regimen, I have never felt happier with my appearance!

Recently I underwent a Rhinoplasty and septoplasty with Dr. Westreich. I have wanted to have my nose done for a long time, but never felt comfortable with anyone before meeting Dr. Westreich. I have also had breathing issues for many years. I appreciated his aesthetic sensibility and loved the imaging projection. Since he is an artist, I knew he had a keen eye for detail and contouring. Since he is an ENT, I knew he would pay attention to my functional needs. On the day of the surgery, he made me feel so comfortable and he and his staff were all amazing afterwards. Dr Westreich went above and beyond. He is an expert in both rhinoplasty and septoplasty, with natural looking male results. He basically got the nose to look exactly as the computerized image in the initial consult. Surgery was done in 2019, and it was a one and done. Dr Westreich makes you feel comfortable, but also very professional and a wealth of information. I also must commend his staff, they were so helpful every step of the way.

Great experience with professional team. Seamless process from beginning to end. I was comfortable throughout and surgery was painless. Recovery was fast and easy with very minimal bruising or downtime.

Dr. Westreich did my revision in August 2021. I has previously gotten my nose done in 2015 with another doctor and was always unhappy with the result, which seem to get worse and droopier with time to the point I started wishing for my original nose back. Dr. Westreich did such an excellent job that my nose looks 1000 times better than before - I couldn’t not be happier with the result, which has truly changed my entire confidence level with my face

Great interaction. Easy to talk to and express your concerns/asks questions during pre and post op visits. Dr. Westreich makes sure that you are happy and comfortable as can be leaving the office each time. I never doubted any of his advice. Everything he says is spot on.
