This is a great question and a lot of surgeons hate answering this question because there are a wide variety of surgical and nonsurgical options and combination procedures. Additionally, it really depends on which areas are bothering you specifically.  The prices also vary widely depending on what part of the country you're from. The usual range is anywhere from a few thousand dollars for non-board-certified plastic surgeons to up to $50,000.
A Facelift in our office is $8000. Surgery is not for everyone. In today's day and age, there are many nonsurgical options to consider although surgery usually gets the most improvement specifically of the face.
I would recommend that you see a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area that is a member of both ASPS & ASAPS and performs a lot of facelifts but also offers all the nonsurgical options such as injectables and laser treatments. Go over your concerns with them and make sure above all, you walk out of there with several options and an idea of the pros and cons to each of them as well as realistic expectations. 

The average for a face lift in New York averages between 10k to 25k dollars. The costs are not for just the surgery fee but have to include an anesthesia and facility fee. Cost is only one factor when considering elective facial aesthetic surgery. Experience, results and your relationship with your surgeon is key. The cost of facelift varies between 8000 to16000 depending on the extent of the procedure from a mini to full face and neck lift. I do all my facial procedures under local anesthesia with moderate sedation in an approved operating room with a specialised nurse who would give the sedation following my my orders. I have done this for many many years and I believe it is the safest way to do these operations, as long as the patient is otherwise healthy. There is no extra cost for anesthesia.

It depends. A full facelift, which involves rejuvenation of the face and neck with extensive tightening of the underlying muscle and fascia of the mid face and neck region by a board-certified plastic surgeon in New York City costs between $15,000-$25,000.   This should include anesthesia and operating room costs. A mini facelift, which usually involves shorter incisions and less extensive dissection and muscle and fascia tightening, recommended for the younger patient needing less work, costs between $10,000 and $15,000, all in.  The operation takes between 2 1/2 to 5 hours, depending upon procedure type and surgeon. The key factor with regard to your research for your surgeon should be board certification, experience and skill level with regard to this operation. Hello and thank you for your question.  The best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation.  The cost of a facelift and necklift varies based on geographic region and surgeon expertise.   If good technique is used, this can be done with minimal scarring and can result in a natural look, not over-done look, with rejuvenation of your face.  Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.

Thank you for your question. The cost varies based on the experience of the surgeon, and the time to achieve your goal. It should not be about cost alone, as the adage is you get what you pay for. Look for results you like, reviews, or maybe the experience of friends who have had the procedure and you like the results. 

Facelift with blepharoplasty costs will vary by surgeon and anesthesiologist but it is an office based procedure with fees in the $12500-15000 range including facility and sedation.  The procedure length would depend on the extent of work necessary but is probably 3 1/2 hours minimum.  These surgeries should not be rushed to avoid excess swelling and intraoperative bleeding. See a board certified plastic surgeon with an accredited operating facility and board certified anesthesiologist.  Many patients separate the face and eyes into two procedures for an optimal result.
