The cost of a facelift in NYC usually ranges between $10,000 and $20,000 and higher depending on what exactly is done. More important than the price are the experience and results of the surgeon doing the procedure. I have seen excellent results from a less expensive surgeons and poor results from very pricey surgeons. Be sure to look at a lot of photos of the work and see how comfortable you feel with the surgeon. Together, those things will most likely result in your happiness.

This is a great question and a lot of surgeons hate answering this question because there are a wide variety of surgical and nonsurgical options and combination procedures. Additionally, it really depends on which areas are bothering you specifically.  The prices also vary widely depending on what part of the country you're from. The usual range is anywhere from a few thousand dollars for non-board-certified plastic surgeons to up to $50,000.
A Facelift in our office is $8000. Surgery is not for everyone. In today's day and age, there are many nonsurgical options to consider although surgery usually gets the most improvement specifically of the face.
I would recommend that you see a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area that is a member of both ASPS & ASAPS and performs a lot of facelifts but also offers all the nonsurgical options such as injectables and laser treatments. Go over your concerns with them and make sure above all, you walk out of there with several options and an idea of the pros and cons to each of them as well as realistic expectations.
