Amazing experience with Dr. Thomas Romo. Everyone is so welcoming and makes sure you feel comfortable, my nose came out great I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else! He really is the best. Would come here for any other surgery needed!

Dr. Romo performed my otoplasty and septoplasty with minor structural refinement in september 2025, and the entire experience from consultation through my six-month follow-up has been exceptional! from the moment I arrived at his New York office he demonstrated extraordinary attention to detail, combining medical precision with a refined aesthetic approach, carefully studying my case and thoroughly explaining every aspect of the procedure including the science behind it, the surgical plan, the realistic outcomes, and how the results would harmonize with my facial features so that I fully understood the process and felt completely confident moving forward; as someone who had never undergone surgery before, I naturally had worries and concerns about the surgery, yet his calm demeanor and natural sense of humor immediately eased that stress and made the entire experience far more comfortable and reassuring; his entire team especially Patty, Diane, the nurses, and the staff were equally outstanding! consistently professional, organized, responsive, and genuinely caring from scheduling and preparation to attentive post-operative follow-ups and instructions , and answering all questions ; most importantly, the natural and aesthatic results truly exceeded my expectations in every way! my face looks really balanced and refined while remaining completely natural. whats equally life-changing has been the functional result of the septoplasty, as I had lived with a deviated septum and breathing difficulties for as long as I can remember, and now being able to breathe clearly and comfortably for the first time ever is something I truly appreciate every day and has drastically improved my life, making this one of the best decisions I have ever made. Most amazing surgeon ever. My rhinoplasty came out absolutely perfect. Everyone I see cannot stop commenting about great I look. People will remark how great I look and often can’t even pinpoint what it is. So natural and exactly what I wanted. The recovery process was also so easy and Dr. Romo’s office has the best staff and the best, most comfortable feel.
