I want to know if I have options to solve what I think is a tear trough deformity and considerable volume loss in central cheek around the nose in my right cheek. It seems my cheek sagged and I have a hollowness around the nose starting from tear trough to my nasolabial fold the width is from nose to my mid cheek, making it very noticeable and asymmetrical since I don't have it in my other cheek. The hollowness produces a big shadow and a vertical line in mid cheek. Do I have options to solve it?
