I have small shallow breasts. Is it possible for me to get a breast lift without implants? (photo)

It is obvious that you lack volume above your areola. Your breast tissue simply needs to be re-arranged and lifted so that it is equally balanced in all quadrants around your areola. I would not recommend that you have a breast lift.  The scars for this type of surgery are considerable and you do not need the lift.  I would recommend that you have a breast augmentation with a very small implant.  My opinion is, that would give you some fullness in the lower aspect of your breast.  It sounds like that is the result you are looking for.  Best wishes in your decision. 

   A periareolar lift can help lift and relocate your areolae to some degree.Find a board certified plastic surgeon who performs hundreds of breast
lifts each year. Look for great reviews and great before

Thank you for your pictures. You will certainly can get a periareolar breast lift that will help your shape slightly but more likely improve your position of your nipple/areola. In my over the internet opinion and with few posted photos I believe you are NOT a good candidate for lifting and the scars/incisions that come with these operations... 

A perioareolar breast lift is a procedure that involves a circular incision around the areola complex. Tissue around this incision can then be removed with the end result demonstrating a more centralized nipple-areolar complex. Candidates for this procedure are those patients with a slight amount of ptosis (sagging). Your nipple position based on your photographs it appears quite normal.  You do have lack of breast tissue in the lower pole of your breasts that is the part of your breast below the nipple areola.  Based on your photographs a breast augmentation with implants will give you the best results.  I would not do a breast lift because of the scarring and most importantly the fact that you do not need it.

A circumareolar breast lift will help you accomplish your goal. Fat grafting to the breast can provide patients with an extra cup size using their own fat stores. However, the long term effects of fat grafting and its survaviblity are being investigated. Good luck.
