I have small shallow breasts. Is it possible for me to get a breast lift without implants? (photo)

My current breast size is a 34B. I am 19 years old, and I have strongly considered getting breast implants in the future because I am unhappy with the ptotic nature of my breasts. I would rather avoid it though because I want to be as natural as possible, but I do want to get a breast lift so my areolas won't sit so low. I feel like this kind of surgery could possibly change my shape enough for me to be satisfied.

It is obvious that you lack volume above your areola. Your breast tissue simply needs to be re-arranged and lifted so that it is equally balanced in all quadrants around your areola. I would not recommend that you have a breast lift.  The scars for this type of surgery are considerable and you do not need the lift.  I would recommend that you have a breast augmentation with a very small implant.  My opinion is, that would give you some fullness in the lower aspect of your breast.  It sounds like that is the result you are looking for.  Best wishes in your decision.

A periareolar lift can help lift and relocate your areolae to some degree.Find a board certified plastic surgeon who performs hundreds of breast 
lifts each year.  Look for great reviews and great before

Thank you for your pictures. You will certainly can get a periareolar breast lift that will help your shape slightly but more likely improve your position of your nipple/areola.
