My current breast size is a 34B. I am 19 years old, and I have strongly considered getting breast implants in the future because I am unhappy with the ptotic nature of my breasts. I would rather avoid it though because I want to be as natural as possible, but I do want to get a breast lift so my areolas won't sit so low. I feel like this kind of surgery could possibly change my shape enough for me to be satisfied.

Injections/creams/IPL laser can "maybe" improve. But I ALWAYS explain to MY patients in their pre operatives informed consent session that there will be noticeable scars following a breast reduction. Maybe you missed this or it was never offered to you?
