Dr Kattash made me feel very comfortable, no pressure to have the procedure done. But he explained everything very well. I researched a couple of other doctors before Dr KATTASH and he came to me by referral. I am very happy with my results. I am a 61-year-old female and had a tummy tuck and liposuction. The results far exceeded what my expectations were. The office experience with his staff is also very professional. He is so calm and courteous and expertise in his field. I would highly recommend surgery with Dr KATTASH. I wish I would have done pictures but I did not feel confident in myself, so I did not want before an after’s but now I wish I would have done them

Two weeks out from an explant, lift, and liposuction, a figure that far surpasses my wildest dreams is emerging, and all I keep thinking is, the best blessings come completely disguised. This unexpected turn of events began when one of my eleven-year-old implants ruptured in July. My husband’s going through prostate cancer and it’s been a rough road, mentally and financially. I couldn’t believe the bad timing. I immediately called my original Doctor in Newport Beach. He recommended an implant exchange and lift at a cost of nearly 30K - triple what I’d paid for the same surgery in 2012. The explant I really wanted would be even more. I was devastated. We don’t have that kind of money lying around, especially now when we’re drowning in co-pays for prostate treatments. I’ve never felt so depressed. Then a friend suggested I see the doctor that did her explant surgery… I called doctor Kattash and he saw me the same day. Unlike so many other plastic surgery practices, his is not pretentiousness in the slightest. The staff were warm and genuine, instantly putting me at ease. During the consultation, I pretty much broke down relaying my unfortunate circumstances. Doctor Kattash gave me a hug and said he’d take care of me - and that he did, for a third of the cost of my first quote. Not only did he remove my implants and give me beautiful, natural breasts and a chiseled torso, he restored the self confidence I’d lost throughout this ordeal. I owe Doctor Kattash a huge debt of gratitude, not only for his magnificent talent at body-sculpting, but for running his practice in such an admirable, ethical way. Doctor has been referring me for this procedure for the last 8 years due to back, shoulder and rib pain. Consulted with other surgeons over the years and did not have confidence in them. Met Dr. M. Kattash and immediately felt good about procedure. His office was clean and professional, Rebecca was amazing and instilled confidence. Rebecca handled all the insurance concerns. Dr. Kattash met with me twice prior to surgery and also met with my husband which my husband appreciated. The procedure was more intense than I was prepared for. A breast reduction is completely different than and augmentation! I had about 60 stitches from one side of my body to the other, also up the center for cleavage and around the nipples. (I felt like Frankenstein) It was more painful than I anticipated, however I did return to work after 4 days. A week would have been better. The pain was never excruciating but it was painful and uncomfortable. It was better after they drains were removed after the first week. After about 4-6 weeks I felt more like myself. I am 3 months out now and I am thrilled with the decision to have this done. My back and shoulder pain have gone away. My rib pain is less and reducing every day! I feel so much better physically and emotionally! I love how I look in clothes, bras are easier to purchase and cheaper. I am now a 34DD.

My experience with Dr. Kattash was AMAZING. He is very professional, down to earth and made me feel very comfortable. The ladies in the office are very nice as well. For a few months I was searching for a plastic surgeon, I went to 2 different doctors but was not very convinced with the pictures I saw on their website I finally found Dr. Kattash and decided to go with him. I am so happy with my results, If I had to do it all over again I would definitely do it. I had a tummy tuck and breast augmentation. I went from a small b cup to a 36DD and my tummy looks great.

Dr. Kattash is an incredible doctor, caring, and an exceptional professional. My tummy tuck and rinoplasty job look amazing. Totally recommended. I had a very fast recovery and my after care was top of the line. Dr. Kattash knows exactly what his patients need and makes sure that his procedures are completed in the best form possible. I was referred to Dr.Kattash by family two of my cousins and my aunt got a full body procedure seeing the results in 3 different type of bodies couldn't speak less of his amazing work. I had to take a leave at work I decided to make an appointment and I made the decision right away after meeting with DR and his Staff and Rebecca made it happen quick since I needed time recovery before I was back to work. I couldn't be happier with results I'm 24 years old 5'1 mommy of a 5 year old after my pregnancy I went back to my skinny self but in the last 3 years I gained weight I was not able to loose by working out the number was not a problem but I was not happy with my shape, I got a liposuction and fat transfer to but. What I LOVE the most is my waist didn't thought I would see it again and my but was a decent size but why not make use of my fat I'm happy with the results is bigger still looks natural. Most important of all Dr.Kattash has a very natural genuine personality.

Hey girls. My BA is 4 days away. I am so excited and anxious I just want it to happen already!! Right now I'm scared that recovery will be super painful. The pain is bad but nothing I can't handle for now.. I can't wait to see them tomorrow. Updated on 30 Jan 2017: Someone please help me my pain meds are not working st all I'm in so much pain. My left breast feels like a surge of energy is going through it but my right feels fine. I can barely breathe because when I breathe deep it hurts. I'm in so much pain I can't stop crying Updated on 31 Jan 2017: Last night had to have been one of the worst, I know today will be too. My follow up appointment is this afternoon, where I will express my pain to my plastic surgeon. I have finally seen what they look like without the gauze.. here is a picture. Updated on 31 Jan 2017: I can't stop crying. My PS gave me a shot for the pain but it didn't help one bit. This surge through my left breast is unbearable. I'm so frustrated I just want this week to be over I can't handle this anymore Updated on 1 Feb 2017: The sharp pain in my left breast is unbearable and agonizing my doctor told me it's because they used a bigger implant on the smaller breast but it's so sensitive and a sharp pain happens either when I stand or adjust the bra. I am now taking two tylenols with codeine every four hours to ease the pain and even that is not helping. I'm not sure what to do I just want it to end Updated on 1 Feb 2017: My right breast is healing fine. My left is killing me. Doc says it's because I went from a small A cup to a small D cup, but it is unbearable. I want this to be over. I just want to enjoy my augmentation and so far it's verb the most painful experience i Have ever had. Updated on 2 Feb 2017: Hi girls. I'm not going to lie,the first couple days have been so rough. Thankfully I have amazing friends and family that are helping me. I still have pain in my left breast but it's less than yesterday and for that I am thankful. Still having spasms through left. The pain is still there but still manageable. I'm tired of sleeping on my back. I needed to take one more week off work. Especially because I wake up several times during the night to go to the bathroom. When will this pain end????? (Besides morning boob UGH) Updated on 10 Feb 2017: So today, went in for my post op appointment. I start massages today so finally they will start to drop. Left seems like it hasn't done much dropping at all. U can't really tell in the picture but u can tell in person and when I wear a shirt with no bra you can see my nipples don't align. So happy. :-) Updated on 14 Sep 2024: You guys… breast implant illness is real. I’m getting my implants removed after all these years next month. I’m actually so excited to remove them. I’ve gotten sick over the years and have an extensive list of symptoms. I also have gotten to the point in my life where the look of implants don’t serve me. I wish I would’ve accepted and loved myself as I was.

I have always wanted bigger boobs but was never sure about taking the plunge. I had gained about 70 between both pregnancies. two years ago I decided to get in the best shape of my life (at 37). I lost about 30lbs and with that comes the loss of breast tissue. So I really wanted boobs. I am basically flappy skin. I had 2 consultations. The first one was great. However, the Dr. said I did not need a lift just bigger implants. I thought, yay! But the I remembered gravity. I went to 2nd consult, on a recommendation from a family member, with Dr. Kattash. Loved it. He told me I needed a lift O_o. I was like that wasn't in my budget but I knew he was telling the truth. So I bit the bullet and put the deposit down. Surgery is scheduled for 12/22 @ 6:30am. I am excited and nervous...I am a natural over thinker and just want everything to go perfect..no complications! Updated on 20 Dec 2015: I look flat. I am pleased. My incision is around my nipples and I had 475 Ccs high profile. Updated on 25 Dec 2015: Hey ladies. I can raise my arms almost all the way. I'm only taking extra strength Tylenol and the antibiotic. Both breast are swollen. Left is high, high high. Right boob is lower. I have not real complaints. There is some feeling in my tight nipple but not my left. Finally took a real shower today and left the house for a couple of hours for Christmas activities. Definitely wearing my band to help with the dropping. Ice packs are great. Here are some pics. Updated on 4 Jan 2016: Today I had my stitches removed around the incision around the nipples. My right nipples has some sensation my left does not. Dr. Kattash said boobs are healing well and I got the instructions for massaging. My left breast is still high but after massaging it a tiny bit in the office,, it began to drop. Overall I am super pleased with the results so far. Updated on 11 Jan 2016: Overall I feel great. Got back into the gym today. Lower body most body weight work and 15 min on treadmill. Left boob Is still riding high but has settled more and more. I think I'm on the right path. Massaging 3x a day(plus). Incisions healing well. Updated on 11 Jan 2016: Updated on 17 Jan 2016: So after reading a fellow RFers update about bras at Kohls I went today and the had wire free 18 hour bras on sale for 19.99. I bought 2. The 2nd bras was 2.64!!!! Not sure why but I'll take it!
