Dr. Gayoso was absolutely the best doctor that I could have chosen to handle my breast procedure.

I had never had surgery, no health issues and I was as green as it gets. I’m 37. I appreciated how much time he took to explain everything to me with clarity during the consultation. He addressed all the fears, cons and rumors upfront and spoke with a very matter-of-fact yet reassuring tone. He answered majority of my questions before I asked them.

He also maintained great eye contact the entire time, an honest character trait.

Post surgery, I am extremely pleased. He actually listened to me and did what I asked! As they heal and settle, I’m falling more in love with them everyday. They are proportional to my body and they look really natural.

Dr. Gayoso isn’t just a plastic surgeon, he is an artist and he takes great pride in what he does. I’ve received a lot of complements from my girlfriends already (if you know you know! Haha)

The office is high quality and clean. The staff, all women, were lovely (special shout out to Nancy Banks). They handled all my needs effortlessly and kept a positive attitude.

I also really appreciated that they performed the surgery at their location and not in a separate facility.

My follow-up appointments have been quick and easy. The stitches are almost all gone and the size of the incision is discrete. Dr. Gayoso said my scars are healing exceptionally well for just a little over a month post op.

Overall, a wonderful experience!

I have had an excellent experience with Dr. Gayoso and his staff. I recently had both a facelift and under eye blepharoplasty. I had consulted with several Plastic Surgeons and ultimately chose Dr. Gayoso based on his training/expertise, his demeanor and facility. I will forever be a repeat customer of Gayoso. As someone who is new to injectables and not great with needles, Annie not only suggested a lip shape that enhanced my natural facial features, but took care to make my appointment a calming and easy experience. I wanted to share my experience with Gayoso Plastic Surgery. I had breast implants put in about 20 years ago. After 10 years I questioned whether they should get replaced. I was told don't fix something that's not broken. The past year I noticed the change in them and how something was not right in my body. I had a consolation with Antonio Gayoso MD for a breast implant exchange (new implants), I just knew he was the one. The caring, knowledge, experience, from him and his staff. . He did such an amazing job and would recommend him to anyone. Talking about recommendations another amazing person is Jessica McCarry PA-C who does the fillers for my face. She is a genius and just knows where to put the fillers. Another benefit is everything is done right there from surgeries to fillers.

Yesterday I had breast fat transfer and liposuction 360 (to my abdomen, hips, braw line)
I arrived at 6:30 am to Gayoso's medical centre and was greeted by a lovely nurse.
Then I spoke with Dr Gayoso who is such a lovely and funny person! Answered all my questions and then he proceeded to mark my body.
They then took me into the operating room and that was the last thing I remember.
I woke up really confused by the anaesthesia. The nurse there I believe was in a hurry as she said to me that I had to get up as she needed the room for another patient.
I didn't feel as sore yesterday afternoon but the pain really started to kick in at night. I'm in a lot of pain still mainly when I stand up but then it kind of goes away. Im taking all my meds and I really look forward to Friday when I get my garment off and I get to see my body. I have a lot of bruising in my breast but the look so big and amazing. I really how most of the day stays but only like 70% will stay.
I would say the most painful parts are my breasts and my back.
I'm so glad I chose Dr Gayoso. I did so much research and he is the best one in Tampa Bay Area. My mom was with me and he explained everything to her (as she was very nervous) in Spanish!

Today is my second day after surgery and oh my god. I’m in so much pain. My back is the worst. My breasts are also so sore and bruised. Everything hurts right now but the good thing is that I have stopped leaking.
It’s really difficult to sleep as the pain is so strong.

I met with Annie twice. First time about a week ago to do cheeks filler. She did such an amazing job that I scheduled my next visit for nasolabial folds. There was no bruising and no significant swelling. I went straight to office.

Dr. Gayoso is just the best. I would recommend him and his wonderful, caring staff a million times over! He performed my mastopexy/breast augmentation and my results are amazing. My constricted breasts were the one part of me that I have always felt truly self-conscious about and that I wanted to change…so after having 2 babies it was finally time! I wasn’t sure what going to a plastic surgeon would be like and definitely had some misconceptions. Dr. Gayoso was not anything like I imagined. He is the most caring, kind, and very down to earth doctor. So smart and so skilled. My interactions with him were always very pleasant. He even has a fun sense of humor! He and his staff took very good care of me and I’m forever thankful. It’s funny how something so seemingly small like a breast surgery can change your life! Thank you to Dr. Gayoso and team for everything!

After having 3 kids and being skinny all my life, I developed a "donut" look, love handles galore, saggy stomach, tons of stretch marks, thighs chafing creating a rash, labia bigger then I'd like... got to the gym almost every day for a year .... and decided it was time. I'm now 2 weeks post op. Dr. Gayoso is amazing, caring, compassionate, and takes his time. I was his only surgery for the day.... the original consultation he answered any and all questions and prob spent 1.5 hour with me. Spoke with me again at pre op to confirm, take photos, and morning of surgery... he marked my body up and sat and chatted with me for 10 mins, even took a selfie. Nothing was rushed ..... however following surgery I found out I developed necrosis. My surgery took place on a Friday and I was given his cell #... he answered every. Single. Call...... even at 12am. the communication with this man is literally amazing. As my situation with necrosis is unfortunate he makes me feel at ease, and it'll all work out. My goal was to have a snatched waist and he has given that To me!! The recovery is far from fun, but each day it gets better and better.
