im 14 and i have tuberous breast and i want to get them fixed, what age do I need to be?

Far more important than the technique is the skill and experience of your plastic surgeon. This is the ideal way to reconstruct the tuberous breast. I will provide you with some YouTube video that you can watch showing the results. The correction of tuberous breasts using implants leads to multiple revision surgeries and a lifetime of implant revisions. You're better off having natural fat transplantation for this deformity. 

The tuberous breast deformity can cause significant distress in patients.  Your shape can almost certainly be corrected through a variety of methods, depending upon your examination.  Although we generally recommend waiting until at least age 18 for reconstruction of the breasts, in order to allow your development to be completed, it would be completely reasonable to go in for a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon.  In some cases of extreme asymmetry, an initial procedure can be done at this age, with the understanding that you will almost certainly need another procedure in a few years.  Again, you would need to see a surgeon to explore this option.  Speak to your parent or guardian about this, as you will need someone to accompany you on your visit.  Best wishes, /nsn.
