Well I don't think you should expect your breasts to get larger (except with weight gain or pregnancy).  But you wrote that you had your lift "recently."  It can be hard to fully anticipate your look prior to surgery.  I would encourage you to consider waiting at least 6 months before having breast implants added to your lift.  To answer your question:  you can almost always add implants later to your lift.  The reason to wait, though, is to see what your result is before jumping into another surgery.  And you won't want to rush the implant size choice decision--so if you go that route, make that decision after careful consideration and a reasonable wait.  Best of luck!

 Given that you “recently” had breast surgery performed, it may be in your best interests to wait several months before evaluating the outcome of the procedure performed. Hopefully, you will be pleased, regardless of the somewhat arbitrary measurement cup size. Barring a change in weight or use of  estrogen containing medications, it is unlikely that your breasts will increase in size.  Within the longer-term, you remain displeased with the size of your breasts, breast augmentation or fat injection may be options to consider. so don't despair about what I assume are good, albeit smaller than desired results.  A C cup is average and big breasts are sometimes overrated.  Allow yourself to heal and then consider the augmentation if it will make a difference in your life.  And unless you gain weight or get pregnant, your breasts are not expected to grow.

You can still get implants. It is highly unlikely that your breasts will grow by themselves. You need an in person exam, but hopefully well placed implants will make you happy.
