So my friend was ordering off of “fillerworld” buying juvederm smile 2x.55ml for $256 then getting it injected by a nurse. I ordered some then got .55ml injected 6months ago. I was somewhat happy with my results, but my lips are uneven and very lumpy inside the lip.(mostly bottom) Should I get the other .55 injected to even them out? Is fillerworld a fake filler site? Will they get worse if I add filler? Is it normal to still have lumps this much later? What if the filler isn’t hyaluronic acid?

The appearance and timing do not suggest necrosis. As others have stated, usually necrosis happens very quickly. It looks more like a bruise which can take a while to resolve in the lips. I would see your provider in person to be sure.
