Thank you for your question.The first two weeks you can have swelling and bruising. The area under the eyes is very sensitive. I would give it a month before making the decision to have it dissolved.

It can take up to two weeks for you to see your final results from your filler treatment. Bruising and swelling will vary in duration. Some patients find Arnica helpful in resolving it more quickly. If the treated area is lumpy you may want to speak with your injector about recommendations.

It generally takes two weeks to see the final results from these fillers.  There is initially some swelling and bruising that can occur so you can't judge the results initially.  If you don't like the results you can easily reverse the injections with Vitrase.  Best, Dr. Green

After having filler it is common for patients to experience bruising and swelling that could last up to 2 weeks. It is important that you make a 2 week follow up with your injector to discuss your options. It is important to be patient during this 2 week period and allow your body to adjust to the filler. Due to swelling and bruising skewing the final results, I always tell my clients to judge their final results after 2 full weeks. Give your body time to let the swelling and bruising go down. Then, you will se your final results. If you are unhappy at that point, return to your injector for touch ups and/or dissolving some of the filler. Filler will integrate even better with your own tissues over the coming weeks. 

Hi, thank you for your question, I can’t quite make out from the picture, however it does look somewhat bruised from the line between the nose to the lips. I would go to your doctor and ask Them to have a look at it. Usually with filler the results are instant, some fillers including Juvéderm Voluma get better over the next three months as they draw in more water. If you wanted to dissolve because you didn’t like it, I would probably probably let it settle down for 4 to 6 weeks, but I would certainly discuss this as soon as possible with your doctor.
