I have a L-shaped silicon that was put in 2014, but not fully satisfied with a short nose, I went to consult 2 surgeons in Korea for a revision. 1st surgeon said that the skin around my nose is very thin and not very elastic, it would be unrealistic to expect any change over 1mm. 2nd surgeon (ENT + expert in rib cartilage rhinoplasty) said that as it is my own cartilage, there wouldn't be any problem lengthening and raising my nose. I am conflicted as the 2 had differing opinions. Please Help.
