Question

Wondering if I can get away with just lipo and BBL. I have some stretch marks but generally seems like I have good skin. I do tend to show light marks from any clogged pores for a while if that's a relevant data point.

Loose skin after liposuction is a very common concern. Most women that have had kids or carried additional weight in their midsection are certainly at risk for loose skin after liposuction. Everyone's body is different and there is no magic formula that predicts loose skin. If skin removal surgery is not an option for you, consider adding other modalities to your procedures such as Renuvion aka J-plasma to help you achieve the look you are going for.

Hi, thank you for sharing your question. You are a great candidate for 360 Lipo + BBL. This procedure will improve your figure and give you an hourglass shape while also giving you more buttock and hip projection. You do not seem to have excess skin that would require removal. I hope this helps.

In this regard, I recommend you waist and back Liposculpture, getting better curves especially in the waist, improving your body contour.

Finally, I suggested take the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection, is that we know as "Brazilian Butt Lift" (BBL).

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.
