Is anesthesia pain a real thing before surgery?

citavis
My surgery is coming up soon and I am getting really nervous. I have been reading a lot of instagram and facebook post from other woman just like me, thinking about making enhancements. Someone posted that the most memorable part of their entire surgical experience was the pain felt with the anesthesia. Some describe it as a burning sensation that over takes the body. Is this true and can it be prevented in order to make things more comfortable for the patient?
