Will a BBL give me curves and fill in my butt? (Photo)

Question

I’ve been considering getting a BBL for a year now. My butt caves in on the sides, should enough fat stick to fill in the area? Or will my hip dips affect the results? I don’t want a huge butt however, I want the sides filled in. My concern is that I will look the same after recovering from the procedure.

Hello dear @Kaylaann, thank you for your question and showing your pictures. Yes a BBL or fat transfer to the glutes can improve your figure. Using this technique, I mean lipo injections or BBL, you can get a better shape, more projection, and more volume. Depending on the seeding technique used by the specialist, the level of resorption would be minimal and the result would be natural. Hi, thank you for sharing your question. You are a great candidate for 360Lipo and BBL. You will definitely not look like you currently do and your hips and butt will be fuller. The amount of fat grafting is customized to your desired projection. I hope this helps.

you dont have enough fat for total pure fat grafting. you fat volume can only fill your hip dip but buttock also need little more projection. this vcan be achieved by buttock implant under the muscle

Thanks for your question. From you pictures, you seem to be a good candidate for the BBL. A BBL requires 360 lipo, which is lipo of the upper and lower abdomen, the upper and lower back and the flanks. In addition, if you do not have enough fat in these areas, liposuction can be performed in many other areas of the body for fat transfer to the buttocks, such as the upper arms and chin. The liposuction helps to create an hourglass figure around the waistline and the fat transfer helps give you more projection and curves in the buttocks area. I recommend you schedule a consult for a proper evaluation. Make sure your surgeon you choose has extensive experience with BBLs and clean credentials. I tell my patients small amounts of fat make smaller differences in bbl's. You do not have a lot of fat but enough to make a difference. The hip dips look deeper because the part above the hip dip is too full. We call these shoulders and it gives the buttock the appearance of being to square and too tall. Bringing in the upper part of the buttock will define a better waist and a better proportion. The fat removed from the waist and maybe from the abdominal wall can be placed in the hip dip area to provide a more pleasing curve. Best of luck.

A BBL aims to fill in both hip dips and provide fullness in the buttock area itself. In smaller patients with higher metabolism there is a potential for more fat loss than usual. the key to filling in the hip dips is actually in the liposuction itself. With proper lipo techniques reshaping of the upper hip and lower back area will allow any fat that is transferred to provide for a better appearance in the body's natural depressions. Make sure you consult with an experience Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who specializes in petite/skinny BBLs. If you are told to gain weight for surgery it is possible that surgeon is less specialized in patients with your frame.

In this regard, I recommend you waist and back Liposculpture, getting better curves especially in the waist, improving your body contour.

Finally, I suggested take the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection, is that we know as "Brazilian Butt Lift" (BBL).

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Hip dips as they are commonly called are filled in with a BBL but it is a little more complicated than just filling in hip dips--it is part of a whole plan to treat the whole butt including the waist, hips and legs. The most natural results are when they are all treated and all blended together to get a natural look. The emphasis of a BBL used to be on just getting a big butt--it shouldn't be that way--it should all match and blend and be pretty.
