I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Marshall and his entire team. That small but meaningful gesture meant more to me than she probably knows. I am beyond happy with my results. They look very natural and have given me a huge boost in confidence. I have gotten SO MANY compliments :) His eye for detail is insane…and the way he hides scars? Basically sorcery. (Seriously, go look at his before-and-afters. Where are the scars?!) I’m several months out and can’t even see mine anymore. Dr. Marshall helped me reclaim confidence I thought I had lost for good, and I’m forever grateful for his expertise and care. I even prayed for God to guide me to the right surgeon, and He did not disappoint. I waited to write this review because I’m only 8 weeks post-op, but I fall more in love with my results every single day. I went to Dr. Andre Marshall after a trusted colleague who’s a breast surgeon referred me. She spoke so highly of him and said she even sends her family and patients to him. That was enough for me—I figured if she trusted him that much, I had nothing to lose. For years I’d been working out and dieting, hoping to see a real change in my body. But no matter what I did, my body didn’t reflect the effort I was putting in. It was frustrating. I know people always say “it’s all about the kitchen,” but sometimes it really comes down to genetics. Some of us just carry weight differently. When I met with Dr. Marshall, we had a real conversation about my goals and managing expectations. I wasn’t trying to be a size 2—I just wanted to feel confident and strong in my body. Together, we agreed that surgery could help me reach that place. I ended up having a tummy tuck, Lipo360, thigh lipo, arm lipo, and neck lipo. His work was beyond what I hoped for. I used Dr. Marshall for a couple cosmetic procedures and I cannot recommend him and his staff enough! The best doctor I have ever been too, his results are amazing!! His staff are so SO good! I had been considering a BBL for years but was always told i was to thin so I wasn’t a candidate. I stumbled upon Dr Marshall’s IG and noticed his work on petite women. I scheduled my consultation and we talked about my expectation. I wanted a natural athletic look to fit my body. We agreed on arm lipo and lipo 360 BBL. The surgery and post op was smooth sailing. The tough part is being uncomfortable after surgery when you go home. I had drains in my arms from the lipo that made it difficult to get up when laying on my stomach. It was so tough to get comfortable to sleep. He also gives you this foam vest that’s very bulky and that was honestly the most inconvenient part of the entire process. It’s annoying but also very effective for your outcome. Once I got out of the vest I felt so much better with just wearing my faja. I have been super cautious on sitting on my butt for the last 6 months. I just felt like I had little fat injected (500cc each cheek)so I didn’t want to chance it somehow dissolving. I’ve noticed that my stomach has extra skin that seems more prominent now that the fat was liposuctioned. I reached out to Dr Marshall about less invasive options but they only recommended a tummy tuck which I don’t want right now. So be aware that if your thin and get lipo in stomach you may have that xtra skin that’s more noticeable now. Overall I’m EXTREMELY satisfied with my results!! I had zero complications. Dr. Marshall is so personable, knowledgeable as a Duke graduate, and so talented as a surgeon I recommended him to my best friend and my cousin. His prices are highly reasonable considering he’s a Beverly Hills doc, highly educated and will get you right the first time. I would also preface that I waited 6 months to give a review so I could share my final results.

I'm so happy I found Dr. Marshall and his team, my only regret is not finding him sooner. A few years ago I had a Bbl done with Dr. Dass in Beverly Hills. I went through the whole recovery spent so much money just to be disappointed about the whole procedure. My butt had no projection and he barely took any fat out of my stomach. I was so disappointed and insecure about my body AFTER surgery (I actually preferred my body before he touched it), but anyways....Fast forward Dec 2024, I go in with Dr. marshall. HES AN ARTIST FORREAL. He listened to what I wanted and delivered. He snatched my arms and my stomach and gave the projection I always wanted. I'm two months post op and I'm still swollen, but I'm so happy about my results so far. I never thought I'd see the day where my arms are sooooo slim and my stomach is on flat flat. Im still waiting for my butt to settle in, but so far I'm happy with my results. His whole team is pretty amazing, from the girls at the front desk...to the nurses and the anesthesiologist. They're very kind and supportive. They were also so informative and helpful! Recovery itself was tough, he does put those little mini drains....Which were so uncomfortable for me. I couldn't get comfortable until those things came off tbh. The massages hurt like hell lol... honestly the only massage that felt good was the 12th one I received. The faja is beyond annoying to wear but the lipo areas def feels better with it on. AND not being able to sit sucks so much, but it is part of the process. My arms are still sore and a little tender, but I did hear the arms take longer to heal. I do have discoloration in certain areas, but Dr. marshall prescribed a bleaching cream. Overall, I had an amazing experience with Dr. Marshall and his team. I would def recommend him for a bbl.
