Thank you for your pictures and questions. I am gonna hit you with some honesty. Injections (Sculptra, Radiesse, etc) are a waste of your money for minimal results provided. Liposuction with fat transfer is a better option for you at this stage but will NOT address the skin laxity and excess. My honest advice? Wait and save your money until you are ready for the tummy tuck and you will get the most bang for the buck!

Your own fat is always best for any augmenation of the butt and/or hips. Fillers tend to require higher volumes and are not as long lasting as your own fat. Liposuction 360 along with fat transfer to your butt and hips would most likely provide you with a smaller waist and the improvements you are seeking in your buttocks. When doing having kids, a tummy tuck with muscle repair will also help to tighten your waist. A consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon would be best to address your concerns.
