Tubular breasts are characterized by a constriction of tissue around the nipples. In the last photo, it appears that there may be some constriction, albeit on the milder side.

Hi, thanks for your question. You do have some of the features of tuberous breasts, such as a constricted lower pole, however I would say that these appearances are on the milder end of the spectrum. Advice would depend on what you wished to achieve, but you could achieve a natural more rounded breast shape with a well sized and selected implant. I would recommend a face to face consultation with a plastic surgery that specialises in aesthetic breast surgery.
