It appears that your implant is now settling into position. This is causing displacement of the previous scar on to the new lower pole of the breast. The previous inframammary fold does not appear to have been properly obliterated (this is a key part of doing tuberous breast surgery with implants). I would recommend returning to see your original surgeon to discuss this. If that is not possible, seek an American Board of Plastic Surgery certified plastic surgeon with extensive aesthetic breast surgery experience. I would wait at least 1 year before considering any revision or further surgery to permit full tissue strength of the healed scar tissue (and many other reasons).

One of the options you have is taping the area just underneath the scars to create new IMF in the place where the scars are. That will make them less visible. If that does not work a new IMF can be created with surgical fixation. Start with a taping for few months.

First of all, your breasts look beautiful. As far as bottoming out.... Your implants are positioned slightly low. Ideally we like to see 60-70% of the implant volume above the nipple and 40-30% below the nipple. Yours appear about 50/50. Now, that doesn't mean you are bottoming out. You may be. It comes down to... 1: Is this where they were placed during surgery? If so, they are not bottoming out. 2: Were they positioned higher and are moving lower? If so, you are bottoming out. It would be unlikely for them to be moving down at three months, but not impossible. As far as seeing your scars... That will likely improve over the next 6 months to 1 year.
