6 months post op bilateral breast aug with lowering of pole- is this triangle shape my final result?

Hello and thank you for posting. It is hard to answer your question without additional photos. Pre-op photos and different angle post-op photos in a follow up question would be great. That said, it seems you had tuberous breasts to begin with. The triangular projection suggest that the “constricting ring” behind the areola was not released. When performing a tuberous breast augmentation procedure, it is sometimes necessary to cut this constricted tissue in order to help the implant project its roundness and better fill out the lower pole.
A revision procedure is necessary, but it is fairly simple and there is little to no downtime.

Based on the only one posted, oblique side view, photo very difficult to give it accurate answer best of virtual consult with. And also best of post before photos to see if your breast were not only hypoplasia, but also a slight triangle type breast to begin with. Full round breast might not be possible. Again revision surgery would range from $8000-$15,000 and need to do virtual cons.
