Fat transfer for Tuberous Breasts?

If you truly have tuberous breasts, and it sounds like you do, fat transfer alone unfortunately is not the answer. Tight lower pole must be released and transferred fat will not maintain the shape. After release of constructed tissue, breast implants will provide an excellent option to treat this situation. This allows distribution to areas needed, but tight tissues may have limitations. Fat transfer is much less invasive than traditional breast tissue scoring with implants.
