Fat transfer for Tuberous Breasts?

I have tight and very small wide set tuberous breast, with a tight lower pole constriction and minimal fullness in the upper pole area as well. would fat grafting ALONE be able to rectify this situation?

I understand your concerns. However, photos or in person consultation would help to provide a more informative answer. If you truly have tuberous breasts, and it sounds like you do, fat transfer alone unfortunately is not the answer. Tight lower pole must be released and transferred fat will not maintain the shape. After release of constructed tissue, breast implants will provide an excellent option to treat this situation. Difficult to answer without photos or exam- depends how tight tissues are, in my experience, fat transfer to the breasts can be a good option.

This allows distribution to areas needed, but tight tissues may have limitations. Fat transfer is much less invasive than traditional breast tissue scoring with implants.

An exam and consultation with a plastic surgeon is recommended to discuss your options and expectations.
