I just turned 18. After doing so much research, I came to the conclusion that I have them too. The thing is, when my nipples are "hard" my breasts look "normal" and have that rounded shape that they should have. When the nipples aren't "hard" they look tubular. Can I still have tuberous breasts if my breasts look normal when the "nipples"are hard? My breasts greatly impact on my self esteem and I'd like to fix it.

There is nothing on your photo to suggest that you have tuberous breasts. Breasts are never perfect, and your nipples are slightly low on the breast mounds, but they are still very attractive.
