Your breasts are not tuberous. They are asymmetrical in volume, shape, position, are widely separated and the nipples are pointing outward. The technique I recommend is a breast lift using The Bellesoma Method. You do have what is called tuberous breasts. When your nipples get hard there is some contracture of the areolas and this makes it look less tuberous. A surgical procedure called "donut mastopexy" may improve what you are concerned about by permanently reducing the size of your areolas.
