Hi. I am looking at having Gland removal with vaser liposuction at the same time I iam having renuvion and 360 skin excision to try and help with lose skin to get the best results. I think I am all sorted in terms of advise but keen to get more opinions of how long to keep wearing the compression vest to get the best results. I have been advised I only need to wear 24/7 for 3 weeks then reduced reduce to 12 hours for a further 3 weeks. Would you agree to give the skin the best opportunity to reattach?

The compression regimen that you described is exactly what I have my patients do with their faja or compression garments: a total of 6 weeks. For the first three weeks, they will wear the compression 24/7 with the exception of when they are showering. for weeks 4-6, I allow them to wear the compression garments for 12 hours a day. If they feel more swollen after switching the 12 hours, it's always ok to wear the compression for longer.
You also mentioned getting the Renuvion skin tightening as well, which is great.
The two other things that I would recommending asking your surgeon are: Are they planning on leaving any drains? And what are their thoughts on lymphatic massage post-operatively?
For any liposuction 360 case, I like to leave drains in place because it helps get rid of fluid/swelling more quickly. And I also like for my patient's to get lymphatic massage to reduce the swelling and scar tissue post-operatively. I don't want to step on your doctor's toes with respect to their plan, but those are questions I would ask if I were undergoing this procedure.
