First Class!

I am so happy i endured a 23-hour flight to come to Bangkok and the Kamol Hospital. The entire experience was world class, and I am so happy with the results of my gender affirming surgery. I can say the aftercare, the K Garden was an unexpected pleasure. I highly recommend the Kamol Hospital and Dr Kamol, but don't expect a long conversation with him!

Surgery on May 2, 2023 Day 1; May 1 - check in hotel; body checkup (x-ray, PCR test etc); doctor consultation Day 2; May 2 - surgery in 2pm ish. operation only one hour ish. Pain after operation. Hospitalization for one night. Day 3; May 3 - checkout (about 1 week medications provided). check in hotel only minutes' walk away from hospital; wound cleaning at clinic/ hospital everyday. hair washing is provided (suggest small tips to show appreciation of the auntie's service) THINGS

Excellent Experience, but Beware the Exchange Rate!

The doctor, staff, hospital, and medical hotel were all amazing! :) Dr Kamol is a likable curmudgeon, very experienced, and seems to take pride in his work. He is, in fact, so honest that he talked me out of a procedure that I had already paid for! ;) The hospital and medical hotel were immaculate and beautiful, and certainly the OR is a world-class medical facility. My patient care coordinator, Nissa, was absolutely wonderful, ushering me through the whole process. :) <3
