Crater Deformity - Pec Implant an Option? (Photos)

HBert99
Hello. I previously asked a question about options to address a bad outcome from a previous gynecomastia surgery where the PS removed far too much fat leaving me with large craters. I received helpful information, but want to provide more details. I’m lean with very little body fat, so fat grafting would probably give me far too little improvement. A couple docs suggested Alloclae filler might be an option, which I’m seriously considering, but concerned it may not give long lasting results. I know it’s difficult to say since it’s new. Would pec implants be an option instead? I only want this in order to fill out the cratering and make the chest look more natural. However, I’m hoping there’s a low profile option that would fill it out without adding much bulk. After treating gynecomastia, the last thing I want is a huge chest. Is this a realistic possibility?
