Fat transfer is likely to fail because there’s no tissue to graft fat into.
You also have some degree of skin laxity, which may be contributing to how the outcome looks.
The amount of volume needed to give you a good outcome will probably make fillers prohibitive.
They’re simply is no good easy solution to your problem.
I want to ask if you followed up with your surgeon and if your surgeon is aware of the outcome.
It would be helpful to other patients if the surgeon knows not to be this aggressive in the future.
I wonder how many of these procedures the surgeon had done previously.
What’s the surgeon using a new device or technology? Perhaps VASER?It seems difficult to create that type of deformity using just Liposuction, but I suppose it’s possible if the provider used really aggressive cannulas.
Sometimes patients who have disfigurement or poor Aesthetic outcomes are reluctant to follow up with the surgeon.
It’s really important surgeons get feedback when they do things wrong.
It also wouldn’t be a bad idea to write an honest review for the provider, so others can understand what you went through.
Be respectful and professional when writing with you but also explain what happened accurately.
I wish I could be more optimistic or give you a suggestion that would actually work.
I’m afraid anything you try is going to leave you with further disappointment and be a waste of money.

I’ve seen a lot of Liposuction deformities in my life and I know how hard they are to fix.
Often, I don’t recommend surgery because improving the outcome is so difficult.
