Over the past 2.5 years, I’ve gone from 400 lbs down to 177 lbs through diet and walking. I’m a 34-year-old male, 5’10”. Now that I’ve lost a significant amount of weight, I’m left with loose skin on my chest and belly. I’m unsure what the best course of action is to improve their appearance. Would a chest lift or gynecomastia surgery help with my chest? Would a tummy tuck be the right choice for my belly? Should I continue losing weight, or am I at the point where surgery is the most effective way to achieve visible improvement? Any guidance or advice is greatly appreciated Thank you,
