I got into a fight a couple months ago and I got kicked in the nose I never went to the doctor and the swelling got worse and the bone set. Now I’m willing to do rhinoplasty and get help for the deviated septum.. but I would like to know your opinion on how my nose looks and what can be changed

You do have a bulbous tip, a small dorsal hump and a deviated septum. You will benefit from reduction of your dorsal hump, correction of the deviated septum and tip refinement.
