Willing to do rhinoplasty and get help for the deviated septum What's your opinion on how my nose looks and what can be changed?

Thank you for your question. It is difficult to make an accurate assessment and recommendations based on photographs alone. I recommend you seek an in-person consultation with a facial plastic surgeon or plastic surgeon who is a rhinoplasty specialist who can perform a thorough evaluation and discuss with you treatment options to best meet your surgical goals. If you have a new nasal breathing issue as well as deformity from your trauma, your surgery may be possibly covered partially and totally by your insurance.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty which can be performed by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. You may also benefit from a dorsal hump reduction.  Septoplasty can be performed at the same time.   Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and not just a computer animation system.  You should be able to view numerous pictures of actual patients with noses similar to yours performed by your surgeon.  If you cannot find enough real before and after pictures, then consider continuing your search for a surgeon.
