I got into a fight a couple months ago and I got kicked in the nose I never went to the doctor and the swelling got worse and the bone set. Now I’m willing to do rhinoplasty and get help for the deviated septum.. but I would like to know your opinion on how my nose looks and what can be changed

A physical examination by an experienced Board Certified plastic surgeon could provide best options for you.  Based on your photos you may benefit from straightening your nose and refinement of your tip to make it more defined. Thank you for your question. It is difficult to make an accurate assessment and recommendations based on photographs alone. I recommend you seek an in-person consultation with a facial plastic surgeon or plastic surgeon who is a rhinoplasty specialist who can perform a thorough evaluation and discuss with you treatment options to best meet your surgical goals. If you have a new nasal breathing issue as well as deformity from your trauma, your surgery may be possibly covered partially and totally by your insurance.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty which can be performed by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. You may also benefit from a dorsal hump reduction.  Septoplasty can be performed at the same time.   Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and not just a computer animation system.  You should be able to view numerous pictures of actual patients with noses similar to yours performed by your surgeon.  If you cannot find enough real before and after pictures, then consider continuing your search for a surgeon.

It would be useful to see the profile view for a better advice. You do have a bulbous tip, a small dorsal hump and a deviated septum. You will benefit from reduction of your dorsal hump, correction of the deviated septum and tip refinement.  My best advice is that you discuss your concerns and aesthetic goals with a board-certified plastic surgeon with extensive experience in performing rhinoplasty. I would ask to see before and after pictures of their real patients. It's important that you trust your surgeon's skills and ability to achieve the results you are looking for. In particular, pay attention to your surgeon's experience with rhinoplasty. Best,

Everyone has their own vision of beauty!  Your nose is a very specific look so changing it has be done with a clear goal in mind in order to create a plan consistent with your desires.  I would suggest refining the tip, creating a more sculpted dorsal, and making a generally more defined nose.
