It is not possible to tell what caused your bump from photos.  Regardless of what caused they bump, if you are interested in changing the appearance, a rhinoplasty may be a good option.  I recommend you schedule a consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss further.

Hello and thank you for your question. You do have a dorsal hump, which is typically related to genetics. You might have caused some secondary deviation or irregularities as a result of the trauma, but it's hard to know for sure. Nevertheless, this can be corrected with a rhinoplasty. I would seek consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon for a full evaluation and advice. Make sure your plastic surgeon has experience performing rhinoplasty. The bump on the nose is a growth plate in the nose, and can  come from genetics or trauma to the nose. If there's a dorsal hump present from whatever reason, it can be shaved down with  A closed rhinoplasty procedure.

It is impossible to determine the cause of your nasal hump but this can be improved with a rhinoplasty  by an experienced rhinoplasty specialist whether is is secondary to genetics or trauma. You are an excellent candidate for rhinoplasty surgery.
