I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Ho from start to finish! She is extremely knowledgeable and is a great communicator. I had a neck lift, deep plane face lift and a partial eye lift, which Dr. Ho recommended and, although I am only 3 months post surgery, I am very pleased with the results. Dr. Ho takes a holistic approach and had many recommendations to help things go smoothly and to speed up my recovery. She gave me her cell phone number and took my calls whenever I had questions or concerns that I felt couldn’t wait! Her staff is exceptional, from the front desk to her surgery assistants. At my initial consultation she was patient, knowledgeable, and very sweet. She allowed me ask questions and was be to provide answers to all my questions. Her demeanour was professional and friendly which allowed me to feel safe moving forward with my procedure.

Another important factor in my decision is Dr. Ho’s experience working with people of color. As a Black woman I recognize that our skin is thicker on certain parts of our bodies as well as the higher probability of scarring or developing keloids. She has experience with dark skin and made decisions for my benefit and for the good of my skin type.

Immediately following my procedure I had direct access to Dr. Ho and she contacted me each day ensure my healing was still going smoothly.

Dr. Ho completed my deep neck lift with lipo + platysmaplasty. It was important to me to improve my profile before my wedding, and I wanted to work with a surgeon who would understand my facial features so that I'd end up looking like a better, authentic version of me. She thoroughly informed me and did great work - I'm beyond happy with my improved appearance. Her staff were also very helpful and patient through some administrative hiccups leading up to surgery and ensured everything went smoothly. I had been contemplating a lip lift for a couple of years but couldn't find anyone in the area who had experience performing this type of procedure. It's not a very popular surgery in this area so when I stumbled upon Dr Ho's website and saw that she performed lip lifts, I scheduled a consultation right away. After speaking with Dr Ho, I felt so relieved and excited that she understood what I wanted to achieve and provided honest feedback on my expectations. The surgery was scheduled and after a few months of healing, I am so pleased with the results. Dr Ho was so amazing throughout the entire process from start and even up until this day! She's like no other provider I've ever received care from and she is genuinely kind, patient, caring, communicative, and skilled. Due to genetics and aging, I had struggled with weak and heavy upper eyelids for over a decade. In March 2023, I received an upper Blepharoplasty with fat transfer & endoscopic browlift from Dr. Ho. I am very happy with the results. Dr. Ho is a compassionate, honest and caring plastic surgeon. She does not make empty promises, yet she tries her best to meet patients’ expectations. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of throughout my procedure.
During the first couple of months following the surgery, I was a little dubious about the uneven eyelids. Dr. Ho remained understanding, patient and reassuring. She took my concerns very seriously, always ready to address them.
After surgery, Dr. Ho called to see if I was doing alright. She has frequently followed up with me through periodic virtual as well as in office visits to make sure the healing process was going as planned. Now that the healing process is complete, I noticed such a gradual, subtle, natural, yet defined difference in my eyes.

Dr. Ho and her entire staff are amazing! She is so kind and very thorough in her appointments. She goes over everything that will happen and what to do if anything arises. She's also just a kind person who truly cares. Everyone who works at the office are always so nice and caring. Also, Dr. Ho does amazing work - she is highly skilled at her craft.

I went to Dr. Ho for buccal fat removal. I went to see many doctors. Dr. Tina Ho was extraordinary from the start -- and Dr. Ho's staff is equally amazing, knowledgeable, professional, kind, empathetic and genuine. They don't just flash smiles and say things like a robot. I know because I went to see a few other surgeons (one had a 1 year waiting list) so I have a real basis of comparison.

I asked a lot of questions. Dr. Ho was very fair and honest with the recommendations.

Dr. Ho went over the what buccal fat is, where it is positioned (one side of my face has higher position than the other), explained the procedure, went over the risks, go over exactly how much will be removed. Dr. Ho go over some of the uncertainties of the procedures, that some aspects of plastic surgery is not exact science and the pros and cons of being conservative vs. aggressive. I asked how the loss of fat will change the structure of the face overall and how it will age out over the years (typically) -- I have done my own research too. Buccal fat removal is a bit hyped up, and everyone is going for that "snatched look" -- but I wanted something more subtle. I just want that little "bump" on my cheek gone - and if it slims down my jawline, that is a bonus. Admittedly, I was scared that it would give me that razor-sharp sunken cheek (think Angelina Jolie), and I told Dr. Ho that while Jolie is gorgeous, that is not my preferred aesthetics :) Dr. Ho totally gets it. The procedure was done in a great facility, it was well organized, I felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Dr. Ho pointed out that there will be a slight difference in location and amount taken from left vs right cheeks. It was done under local anesthesia, Dr. Ho maintained communication the entire time and gave me update on the process. (I personally like that, I know what is going on, I know some people prefer to not know). Post Op, Dr. Ho send text messages personally and checked on me, and not just the first day. I don't think I have ever experienced that personal care and attention with anyone else.

Results was fantastic -- it was EXACTLY what I wanted out of it. Not sure if it even makes sense, but I feel that my face is more symmetrical now. In any case, I am very happy. I know who I will go to for future procedures.

I spent years debating getting rhinoplasty surgery. I was always afraid of getting a botched surgery and not being able to hide it. But it was something I always really wanted done for as long as I could remember!! So I took my time and did my research on different Dr’s in my area and came across Dr. Ho! I instantly loved everything I had read about her and decided to book a consultation. Once I was there her staff was beyond amazing and friendly answering any questions I had. Dr. Ho took the time to ask me what I was looking and went over realistic expectations. I felt comfortable and confident enough with Dr. Ho that I decided to move forward with the surgery. On the day of surgery she once again when over everything with me before being taken back. After surgery she followed up multiple times to see how I was doing and make sure I was comfortable. Dr. Ho and her staff went above and beyond my expectations! I couldn’t be happier with my results. In my opinion run don’t walk to Dr. Ho if you’re hesitating at all! She is by far one of the best and you won’t regret it!!

Dr. Ho performed my chin implant procedure in April 2023 and the entire experience was excellent. I went to six different doctors for a consultation and I liked that Dr. Ho walked me through her technique, gave me clear instructions and background info about the procedure, and was accommodating with my schedule. Most importantly, she made my chin look beautiful! Not only did she pick the perfect size chin for my face and the look I wanted, but she also carefully stitched my chin to make the scar disappear quickly with the proper care.
