Hi and thank you for your question.All of the above mentioned supplements except for coffee should be absolutely fine. Some may even help speed your healing / recovery. However, you must speak directly to your surgeon with regards to his or her preferences. Many surgeons prefer patients avoid coffee immediately before and after surgery.
