Would upper and lower blepharoplasty be the best solution to eliminate the puffy, discolored area under my eyes, as well as the puffy upper eye area of my eyes? I feel like this area ages me so much. Also, would this procedure help with reducing saggy jowls, or would I need to pair the blepharoplasty with another procedure?

Answer: Eyes You are absolutely a candidate for upper and lower bleph. The lower bleph is the best option for the puffy area under the eyes. The upper eyes you could do an upper bleph but I think your best result and longest lasting would be an upper bleph + browlift, as some of the hooding is due to your brows falling (you can see this especially in the last photo), particularly in the tail of the brow. An upper bleph will help some but the surgeon would need to be careful about not broaching into the brow skin territory to avoid pulling your brows down further.

Answer: Blepharoplasty and Browlift You are an excellent candidate for a 4 eyelid blepharoplasty. The lower eyelids can be addressed transconjunctivally and the upper eye fullness would require both an upper eyelid blepharoplasty and a browlift to reduce the heaviness. Unfortunately, your midface and lower face would not be affected by your eyelid rejuvenation.
