I have been feeling very frustrated lately because my eyelids/eyes are asymmetrical. However, I asked doctors and some of them said it was within one standard deviation and that I do not need treatment, while others said it was abnormal and that I need surgery to get it fixed. Which one of them is right?

The term for the condition you are describing is exophthalmos.
Any ophthalmologist should be able to give you a basic assessment. An ocular plastic surgeon is probably the correct doctor for assessment and treatment.

This is totally dependent on each surgeons opinion. There’s no reason why you couldn’t have eyelid surgery immediately after gallbladder removal as long as everything goes fine with the first procedure.
