If you have cheek implants and they are uneven then they can be exchanged to make them more symmetrical. In terms of your under eyes, nano fat transfers would be the procedure of choice.

All people have facial asymmetry. People typically have a dominant side and a less dominant side.
During embryological development, the two sides of the face develop independently from each other, and eventually fused in the midline. Facial asymmetry is normal, and the human brain is a custom to seeing it. This is the reason we don’t see people as looking abnormal, despite everybody having asymmetrical faces. If you look at a computer generated perfectly symmetrical faces, you’ll recognize they have an odd unfamiliar appearance to them. Most people find mildly asymmetrical faces to be more attractive and more normal appearing.
I don’t think you need intervention and I think your previous implants are serving you well.
